At Shop Lo Home, we want you to love every piece you select for your space. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or store credit.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home decor is properly secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
